FFL Fellowship Program

Foundation for Letters Writing Fellowship

The Foundation for Letters Seeks Applicants for its 2018 Writing Fellowship Program

Are you passionate about writing?
Are you looking for help with the college application process or professional networking opportunities?
If so, apply to be an FFL Fellow!

Our organization and its volunteers produce writing programs for NYC middle and high school students, while assisting schools and other youth organizations in gaining access to our and other writing programs for their students. We are offering fellowships to ten students who will receive free access to FFL’s writing programs (including Bronx Loaf, our teen writers’ conference, our Journalism Workshop, and our College Literacy Workshop series) and a guaranteed submission in our Annual Writing Competition.

Over the course of one year, Fellows also serve as FFL ambassadors to their schools, helping with outreach to faculty, students, and staff, and connecting their classmates with FFL programs and resources.

FFL Fellows will also be invited to attend the Annual FFL Fall Gala, to run for free in the Brooklyn 15K Race, and to attend several Fellowship brunches and dinners with other Fellows and FFL Board Members over the course of the academic year.
